Fitness and Wellness at Wingate

Campus Recreation offers a variety of ways to get fit! Our fitness center, located in the DPC, has a mixture of cardio and strength training equipment available to students 7 days a week.
Group Fitness classes, taught by Wingate student, faculty and staff, are another great way to get fit, make new friends and try something new! Classes are offered throughout week and are free to all Wingate students and employees. Classes include Les Mills BODYPUMP & CXWORX, U-Jam Fitness, Zumba, Yoga, and more! Throughout the year, students can also take part in special fitness programs such as Biggest User & Sweat to Swag (fitness incentive programs), Sunset Yoga, Dance Your Heart Out and more!
HIRING! We are always looking for individuals who have a passion for fitness and would like to share that passion with others!
