Bulldog Activities Resource Committee

The purpose of the Bulldog Activities Resource Committee (BARC) is to serve the student body as a financial allocation and programming board for campus wide programming. BARC is a student run board, which works closely with the University's Office of Student Involvement. BARC offers unique leadership opportunities, allowing students to experience programming from the planning, execution and evaluation stages. BARC members select, promote, and present a diverse variety of popular entertainment programs and films which enhance the social and cultural life for Wingate students. It contributes to student satisfaction and the retention of students by creating a dynamic, lively campus social environment. BARC funds many campus events hosted by Registered Student Organizations and cosponsors events with Residence Life, Athletics and Student Involvement.
